Please, my friends, take a moment, watch the video listen to the Content, (used with permission), I know it’s a bit long, then I would like for to you to ponder the words, the content…..(think).

But you must ask for help. Or are you too proud , like myself. If you’re seeking spiritual guidance, then research what is required to increase spiritual influence.
Perhaps it is prayer to whatever higher power you subscribe to or worship to emulate their example. Now, let’s be very clear about “being a better person“. I strive every day despite my handicaps and disability’s, when I go out in the public, I try to make people smile to make them laugh. Even if I make a fool of myself, I could care less ,if I could make a person with a burden on their mind to laugh, to bring to them, even for just a moment, some degree of relief from our every day, stress, and chaos. I take great joy in this endeavor, despite how terrible I am feeling about my own issues , for one moment, or however many moments I can produce, if I can make someone else change their negative energy to positive energy then I have succeeded in my day.
Please, I know this video is a blit long but I’m telling you it is worth viewing and listening to and thinking about.
